In the Eighth year as the management company for Red Mountain Ranch we would like you to know as much about the staff that works for you as possible. The staff at Ohana Community Management serves the association at the discretion of the Board. Below is some information about your staff members.
Don DeBaca - General Manager. Most of you know Don by now. He has been with the Red Mountain Ranch Owners Association as its’ General Manager for almost 17-years now. Don is originally from Santa Rosa, California and moved to the Valley after a 17-year career in professional sports with the San Francisco Giants and Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders. He was previously the host of “The Opening Drive,” a radio show on KDUS radio for eight-years and worked on numerous other shows as well. His hobbies include what else, sports. Don is the Owner/President of Ohana Community Management Services, LLC, which is the management company for the Red Mountain Ranch Owners Association. Don brings 24-years of Association management to the position and has been instrumental in saving the Association money during his time at Red Mountain Ranch.
Bethany Eldredge - Property Manager/Executive Assistant - Bethany works very closely with Don on the management end of things and serves as the accounting liason for Red Mountain Ranch. Bethany comes to Ohana with several years of upper management experience. The Safford, Arizona native has a teenage daughter and toddler son. The Red Mountain High School graduate enjoys movies and shopping, as well as, spending time with her husband and kids.
Tina King- Front Office Assistant- Tina currently works the front desk and is the first voice and smile the homeowners get to know. She came to Ohana in 2017 with tons of customer service and office knowledge. She and her husband and two sons recently moved to Arizona from Illinois in 2016. The Illinois native enjoys hiking, traveling and enjoying boat time with the family at the lake.
